Andrew is a Strategy Associate at ISF, based in Washington, DC. He supports projects by conducting market landscape analyses, feasibility assessments, and option prioritization for new food and agriculture finance opportunities with ISF clients.

Prior to joining ISF, Andrew was a consultant in Deloitte’s Public Sector practice. While at Deloitte, he led a team providing growth strategy services to an education-focused non-profit in Morocco seeking to leverage partnerships to expand across Africa and worked with a non-profit in Costa Rica looking to expand its reach supporting smallholder women coffee farmers. Additionally, he helped develop the go-to-market strategy for Deloitte’s ESG Disclosures services within the Sustainability, Climate and Equity offering.

Andrew holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, Economics and Law from the University of Richmond.
